About
Hi, I’m Sabrina. I’m currently walking through the tender, transformative season of postpartum after welcoming my first child—and it’s from within this sacred threshold of new motherhood that Soul Sutures was born. This work isn’t just my passion; it’s my lived experience. Every offering is rooted in what I’m learning, needing, and honoring as I navigate this initiation myself.
I believe a woman’s path to motherhood begins long before conception—shaped by years of growth, learning, and stepping into her divine role. The miracle of reproduction, pregnancy, and birth has always captivated me. As women, we carry within us the complete genetic blueprint for creating life—a truth that fills me with deep reverence and empowerment.
This passion led me to embark on the study of Holistic Midwifery and complete Doula training. Through this work, I deepened my understanding of the human body, pregnancy, birth, and the often-overlooked postpartum period. In the midst of my studies, I became pregnant with my first child. Suddenly, everything I was learning came alive in my own body. With the guidance of wise mentors and access to invaluable resources, I felt profoundly supported in ways I hadn’t previously known.
As I continued on this path, I formed soul-level connections with women in the birthing community—both locally and globally. A recurring theme kept surfacing: the lack of meaningful, sustained care for mothers after birth. While our culture pours attention onto the baby, the mother’s healing, identity shift, and emotional well-being often go unseen. Yet a mother’s health is inseparable from her baby’s. That realization became the heart of my calling.
Soul Sutures was born from this understanding—and from my own lived experience as a mother in the early postpartum. It’s a weaving together of my knowledge in herbalism, holistic midwifery, and devotion to the sacred feminine. Through these offerings, it is my heartfelt mission to support, honor, and care for women as they navigate the sacred transformation that is motherhood.
